What do I get with the free plan?
You can create unlimited cards with basic styles, generate AI backgrounds, download your cards, and share them via any messaging app. Free cards include a small "Made with NoorGreet" watermark.
What does the Premium Season Pass include?
For $12, you unlock all premium card styles, remove the watermark from every card, and get access to the full Dua Library+ collection with referenced duas. Your pass covers the full Ramadan through Eid al-Fitr season.
How long does my Season Pass last?
Your Season Pass covers Ramadan 2026 through Eid al-Fitr 2026. You can create and share unlimited cards during this period. Future seasons will have their own passes, and we will offer renewal pricing for returning users.
Can I get a refund?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you bought the Season Pass and have not used any premium features (premium styles, watermark-free downloads), you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@noorgreet.com. Once you have used premium features, the purchase is final — the digital goods have been delivered. We do not offer partial refunds. This is a small business and we ask that you respect this policy.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Go to the Pricing page and use the "Already Paid?" section at the bottom. Enter the email you used during checkout and your premium access will be restored.
Who processes payments?
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. NoorGreet (operated by Nanto LLC) never sees or stores your card details. Your bank statement will show a charge from Nanto LLC.
Is my data private?
We collect only what is necessary: your email for premium access and waitlist, and anonymous usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell your data. Card content you create is yours. Shared card links are accessible via their unique URL but are not publicly listed or indexed.
Can I use NoorGreet cards commercially?
Cards you create are for personal, non-commercial use — sending greetings to family, friends, and community. You may not resell NoorGreet cards or use them in commercial products. If you have a business or community use case, reach out to us.
What about AI-generated backgrounds?
AI backgrounds are generated on-demand using your text prompt. They are unique to your card. We use content safety filters to ensure all generated images are appropriate and respectful.
Terms of Use — Summary
- NoorGreet is a product of Nanto LLC.
- The Season Pass is a one-time purchase for the stated season. It does not auto-renew.
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no premium features have been used. After use, the purchase is final.
- You may not abuse the platform to generate harmful, disrespectful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
- Service availability is provided as-is. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
- We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
